Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the GREKMF platform located at grekmf.com and app.grekmf.com (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, clicking "I Agree," starting Free practice, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety and without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," "your") and GREKMF ("we," "us," "our," "Company"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Description of Service

GREKMF is an online GRE test-preparation platform that provides access to a digital question bank, in-house written explanations, per-question skill annotations, automated performance analytics, a study planner, and related educational tools (collectively, the "Content"). The Service is accessed via a web browser and is delivered entirely online. We do not sell or deliver any physical goods.

The questions included in the platform are largely drawn from publicly available GRE sources. The original work product of GREKMF—including but not limited to all explanations, skill taxonomy labels, annotation metadata, performance analytics algorithms, and interface design—constitutes proprietary intellectual property of GREKMF.

GRE® is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). GREKMF is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS in any way.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction; (b) all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful; (c) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (d) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party, use another user's account, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions or refund limits. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Accounts are issued on a strictly individual, non-transferable basis. Institutional accounts are governed by the separate institution agreement established at the time of onboarding.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Access Plans

4.1 Plan Types

GREKMF offers a Free workspace that never expires automatically, plus the following prepaid Premium durations: 1-month (USD 10), 4-month (USD 29), and 6-month (USD 50). All paid plans are one-time, fixed-duration purchases. There is no automatic renewal of any kind. When a Premium workspace expires, Free remains. You must purchase a new Premium plan to continue full access.

Every student account receives one Free workspace. Free includes a limited question-bank subset (including Quant Series IDs 6–1005 and named sets on other series). Premium unlocks the full bank for the purchased duration. Each purchase creates a waiting workspace; the access clock starts only when you press Start on My Plan. Workspaces stay isolated — progress is not copied or merged. Ban, account deletion, and explicit revoke still apply to Free.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment information on our behalf and is responsible for handling all billing inquiries, tax calculations, and VAT/GST compliance. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.

4.3 Access and Workspace Isolation

Each plan creates an isolated workspace. Your question-attempt history, session records, and performance data are associated with a specific subscription. Progress does not automatically carry over between separate plan purchases. New Premium plans do not include a question-bank reset. Grandfathered legacy plans may still have remaining resets.

4.4 Access Codes

GREKMF may issue access codes through promotional offers, institutional purchases, or at our discretion. Access codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration or additional conditions specified at the time of issuance. Codes obtained through unauthorized channels are void.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to the usage condition described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Refunds are not available after the 7-day period or once the usage threshold has been exceeded. Please review our Refund Policy in full before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original components, including but not limited to all text, explanations, annotative metadata, skill taxonomies, graphics, user interface designs, logos, software, code, and compilation of content ("Proprietary Materials"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of GREKMF and its licensors. The Proprietary Materials are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, GREKMF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the active term of your subscription. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party.

All explanations, skill labels, annotations, and analytics algorithms developed by GREKMF are our original intellectual property. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Proprietary Materials without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to, do any of the following:

• Automated data extraction: Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, automated script, browser extension, or other automated means to access, extract, copy, or monitor the Service or any Content thereon without our express written permission.
• Systematic copying: Download, harvest, reproduce, or otherwise systematically extract questions, explanations, annotations, or any substantial portion of the Content for any purpose.
• Circumventing security controls: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, access controls, authentication mechanisms, or any other security feature of the Service.
• Account abuse: Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits, refund policies, or usage thresholds; share login credentials; or use the account of another person.
• Commercial exploitation: Use any Content for commercial purposes, including redistributing questions or explanations in any format, without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or proprietary scoring methodologies from the Service.
• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any connected infrastructure, including by transmitting malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or any other form of technical interference.
• Fraudulent conduct: Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity in connection with the Service, including filing false payment disputes.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any unused subscription period without refund, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

8. Platform Security and Anti-Scraping Enforcement

GREKMF operates technical measures to detect and block automated access, including request rate limits, session verification, and account-level abuse detection. Requests that exceed those limits are temporarily refused. Repeated or systematic abuse may result in session locks, account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of remaining access without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for damages caused by unauthorized data extraction.

9. Institutional Accounts

Institutions (schools, universities, tutoring programs) that purchase seat licenses are bound by the terms of their separate institution agreement in addition to these Terms. The institution is responsible for ensuring that all end users to whom codes are distributed comply with these Terms. Misuse by any end user may affect the institution's account status.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING SPECIFIC SCORE IMPROVEMENTS OR OUTCOMES FROM USING THE SERVICE. PERFORMANCE ON THE ACTUAL GRE EXAM DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREKMF AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GREKMF and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved amicably shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation before either party may pursue other remedies. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service immediately ceases; (b) unused subscription time is forfeited without refund if termination is due to a Terms violation; and (c) we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that account deletion is irreversible and all associated data will be permanently removed.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (each incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and GREKMF with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
